REMINDER - NEED VOLUNTEERS + DECLARE
Good evening, everyone!!
We are still in need of timers for the meet on Monday. We are to supply 3 timers for the 1st shift, so far, I think we have 2, and then 3 more for the 2nd shift which we only have 1. And we have data entry space - needing 2, 1 for 1st shift, 1 for 2nd shift.
Please sign up for a position if you can!
And please remember to declare your swimmer(s) tonight! I'm showing 75 entries, and we're going up against a team of 110. We tend to max out around 96, but we have many not able to come this time. If you're not sure, please consider coming! They have 6 lanes so the meet should go a tiny bit quicker than ours do with our 4 lanes.
We work on the line-ups tomorrow! They will be posted as soon as they're done so keep an eye out to look over what your swimmer(s) have been put in and let us know ASAP if there is anything that needs to be looked at or changed. Look in Swimtopia and you'll see the events there. Again, we merge with the other team by 5pm Sunday - NO CHANGES after then.
