Hello parents and swimmers!

Firstly, this is going to be a LARGE meet - the opposing swim team actually has MORE kids than we do! We tend to have about 96 swimmers in a meet, where they have about 120. Try to condense (and maybe carpool?) with other parents if you can. There's only so much space on the lawns and close parking. Also, please declare your swimmer by tomorrow evening. The opposing team wants to merge our meet on Sunday by 5pm. NO CHANGES WILL BE MADE after 5pm on Sunday. Unless in extreme circumstances simply out of our control, but even those changes are at the mercy of the opposing team. 

Speaking of space - parking. See the image below of the areas allowed for parking. If there is any parking in the RED areas or in front of driveways, your car will be subject to towing. *Some* parking will be available in the parking lot, but of course that's first come, first served. Park in the green!

And the areas for posting up your area are circled in green in the image below. DO NOT POST YOUR SPOT on the pool deck.

As a reminder - absolutely NO ONE is allowed on their tennis courts.

Concessions are cash and Venmo.

Any additional information will be sent if I receive any! For now, expect that what is posted in the windows of the clubhouse come Monday morning is what your swimmer(s) will be swimming that evening.
