Good morning, Gators!

Thanks to all who were able to come last night to the meet, stick it out the best they could, and those who were able to roll out of bed this early morning for practice, snacks, and ribbons! I don't blame you for sleeping in if you couldn't make it today, I had 5 alarms set, myself, to wake me up in time! I did not want to leave my comfy bed. I foresee a nap in my future...

Our next meet is Monday June 1st! Don't forget to declare your kid(s)! We need to know by Friday evening if your child intends to swim so we can work on the assignments over the weekend.

Evening practices begin TOMORROW (Thursday) at 6pm-6:30pm. Please come if you cannot make it to a morning practice. It's a short practice, so come ready to swim! Evening practices will be held on the usual Wednesdays and Thursdays starting next week. Since we had the meet late last night, we wanted to give the afternoon off tonight to all of the kids who were out till, or a little after, 11pm. (Blasted rain!!)

As a reminder, if your child(ren) would like to participate in the Georgia Games, held on June 13th in the afternoon, the deadline to sign up quickly approaches! Early registration fees end TOMORROW. After signing up past the 28th, there is an extra $5 fee. So sign-up now while it's cheaper at just $8! This is a great meet to practice swim meets outside of the neighborhood meets. And to earn a place to swim for Nationals! This is usually a smaller meet, so chances are in your favor! 

Remember to sign up here. It's a relatively cheap sign-up as well! $5 per event, which you can do up to 4. And they get a free t-shirt! This meet is done purely on your own as it is not a team-meet.

So sign-up as soon as you can! We'd love to see as many Arbor Bridge kids there as possible! Absolute deadline to sign up is June 9th.
