Hello Gators!

Reminder that tomorrow is picture day! Please arrive by 9am. Individual pictures will be held first, and then the group picture at the end. This is for ALL swimmers! Not just competitive. Please be sure to bring your suit and team t-shirt. The group picture will be all swimmers in their t-shirts. 

Declare your swimmer for this upcoming meet by end of day tomorrow so we may know who all is intending to swim in our first meet and we can appropriately assign swimmers to their events. We will work on the heat sheets over the weekend. They will be available Tuesday morning at practice, posted in the windows of the clubhouse. If any changes are needed to be made, let your coach or Beverly know ASAP so we may make the changes in time. We share our heat sheets with the other team after practice is over. Go online to our website, sign-in and look for Meets and Events. There you will see the list of dates coming up and where the Meet Entry button is to declare your swimmer as competing or not-competing. If your swimmer is competitive, you MUST declare so we know who is attending and who is not. 

We want to try something new! For the days immediately after meets, so next Wednesday and the following Tuesdays, we would like if parents could sign-up to bring in snacks or drinks for their swimmers age group(s). You do not need to sign up for all groups. If you are able to, please see this sign-up genius and volunteer to bring in something for the swimmers as a treat! Whatever you'd like to bring - donuts, ice pops, biscuits, waters, juices, etc. The kids will receive the treats after their practice has finished.
